Let’s be honest for one second. First birthdays are generally for the adults, right? In most cases I would say yes but Ramsey made her daughter’s first birthday party for everyone of all ages. But of course her main focus was to make sure Noa had the best time. There were little ones crawling and stumbling about, splashing in the water table, and keeping cool under the shade of the tent. This is everything a fall and winter baby wishes they had as they grow up celebrating their birthdays in jeans, long johns, and close-toed shoes. For all of you out there who celebrate your birthdays in the cooler months, let the drooling and jealousy commence.
Today a lot of children do not experience pure sugar until this glorious day. A tiny, or not so tiny, cake is placed in front of them and one of two things happens. Either they go head first into that sweet sweet icing or they just don’t give two shirts. This little one just had to be gently coaxed into her sugar-coma and then she was sharing with everyone! She fed her very willing parents large handfuls of wet icing and cake and each time it was, “mmm, yum!” Because of course it was yummy!!
