It’s as if this newborn is saying, “Oh, well hello there!” I love imagining what these little babes are thinking. Does anyone else remember Look Who’s Talking? Nope? Just me? Right. Well, it’s a cheesy 80’s movie where Bruce Willis is the voice of a toddler. Like I said, cheesy, but cute! Not as cute as this wide-eyed munchkin however. She was a doll in her handmade head bands and pink bloomers. She loves snuggles, eating, and being the center of attention. Can’t you tell? This little girl already has her parents wrapped around her finger. You can see it in the way they look at her.
The photo on the left is my absolute favorite from Baby Taylor’s session. The look on Liz’s face just blows me away. There is so much peace, so much joy, and so much LOVE in that sweet smile. The transformation from the feelings of excitement and anticipation before the baby comes to the overwhelming feelings of unconditional love as you finally hold their tiny bodies in your hand has got to be like no other. No one is prepared for that. There is no way to be prepared for that.
A couple’s first baby, or in this case, babies are often the furry kind. These two sweet girls had just had a bath but were itching to get back inside to make sure all was well with their new little sister. These faces though!
It looks like she may have a future in ballet with that turn out! She can work on pointing those feet later. 🙂
